Linda was so very helpful during my son's transaction that when I reached the decision to relocate from southern Tennessee - there was no doubt as to which realtor I would like to contact. It took me over 6 months for my home to sell but Linda was extremely patient during the process and never made me feel as if I were wasting her valuable time. Once I had a contract with an extremely short timeframe before closing - Linda went into high gear in helping me zero in on suitable neighborhoods within my budget. We had several days of looking at numerous possibilities and she was so very professional in helping me to narrow my choices. Not only looking at my needs but which property was a good value, had the possibility of providing a good return should I desire to sell several years from now, etc.

Unfortunately, the seller's agent of the home that I decided to purchase lacked the same professional caliber that Linda possesses but luckily for me, Linda was ever vigilant in obtaining answers without concern as to who should be providing information. We made an offer on Friday, Linda was able to get the home inspected on the very next day and the following week was a blur-r-r- of negotiations with Linda being in touch with me at all times.

Linda is one of those rare individuals that a person meets for business reasons and feels as if they have a friend forever. I cannot imagine going through such a quick turn around timeframe with anyone else.
